How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. There is a Track Package button that you are able to click.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders processed and delivered in approximately 5-11 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

How do I return my order?

Returns are easy at Bench.

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem and wish to return any products, just return it using the instructions below and we will be happy to credit or refund it.

You can use our self-service return portal to process your returns or exchanges. From there, we will validate your request. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost via email upon Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

Do I need to pay duties on my order?

As our fulfillment center is located in Canada, all orders under $800 will be exempt from duties.

   

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our orders are fulfilled from Canada and are delivered using USPS.

Why was my order cancelled?

While it is rare, from time to time orders may be cancelled. This can be for various reasons, however, we will only cancel an order to maintain a level of standards. We aim to give you the best experience possible, and will not lower our standards.

When will I get my refund?

Once your order has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team at our fulfilment center we aim to issue refunds within 2 business days. It may take some time for the refund to show on your credit card statement. If you have any questions, we suggest that you reach out to your card provider.

 

Am I able to cancel my online order?

To cancel an order, please contact us at support@benchusa.co. Until your order has been packed by our fulfillment center, we are able to cancel it for you.

What do I do if the product size or color I am looking for is out of stock?

All of our product listings have an available inventory count for your convenience. While we do try to replenish our inventory as soon as possible it is possible that a product is unavailable. Typically, our products come in many colours and we encourage you to explore your options.
